Terms of acceptance in order to pay in three monthly installments

In order to pay in three installments, the credit card information that you provide must be valid through April 18, 2008

I authorize TPRS to process charges on the credit card provided. I understand that my deposit and the 5% installment fee are non-refundable. I acknowledge that the 5% installment processing fee will be applied to the first payment. I also understand that the second and third installment payments will be processed on Feb. 15, 2008 and April 18, 2008.

I understand and accept that if I default on any installment payment, my registration status will deemed cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply, resulting in forfeiture of previous deposits and installment payments.
